Welcome to My Life on the Line
In May 2018, the Supreme Court of the United States paved the way for legalized sports gambling by declaring the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act of 1992 (PASPA) unconstitutional. Fewer than 2 years since that decision, many states have already legalized sports gambling, with many others soon to follow. With legalized sports gambling in its infancy, and an explosion of legal sports wagering on the horizon, casinos and sports books everywhere expect a windfall of profits from novice bettors. This blog is dedicated to making sure you are not a contributor to that windfall.
This blog is about my personal experiences with sports gambling, including my advice on future sporting events. I have followed sports since I was 6 years old. My grandfather was a Hall of Fame sports reporter who was a close personal friend of MLB Hall of Fame owner Bill Veeck. I played Divisional 1 baseball as a pitcher. Sports and statistical analysis are two things I am passionate about, which is what led me to wagering on sports. By wagering on sports, I have been able to enhance my life in many ways as you will discover in this blog. Welcome to "My Life on the Line."
