The last time the Final 4 was in Texas (2023) Bruce Pearl joined the UCONN section for the National Semifinal against Miami. Will his Auburn Tigers have enough to reach San Antonio this year?

Only once in tourney history has one conference sent 3 teams to the Final 4. It happened in 1985, when the Big East sent three teams (Georgetown, St. John's and Villanova). Forty years later, it will happen again. Tennessee, Florida and Texas A&M will join Duke in San Antonio.

Texas A&M will be this year's Cinderella. The last time the Final 4 was in Texas a #4 seed - UCONN -won it all. I don't think the Aggies, also a #4 seed, will win it all, but with a 10-man rotation including nine seniors, I expect them to surprise many and reach San Antonio.

The last two years I have successfully predicted UCONN to win it all, but this year's winner will be Duke, by a narrow margin over Florida. Best of luck to everyone. Let the Madness Begin!

Hey Murph- I mirrored your bracket for my Thormageddon pool, with only a few exceptions (I can’t pick Michigan and stay married, and I couldn’t NOT pick Illinois for at least the first round). Will be fun to follow along with you this year!
